Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Shipping Policy

All items marked Ready-to-Ship (RTS) are in stock and prepared for immediate dispatch.
Processing Time
RTS orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch and may vary based on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
All RTS orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to ship all RTS orders on time, delays may occur due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to courier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs delays).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at team@mybeastthreads.com within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery), including your order number and photos if applicable.
RTS vs. Made-To-Order (MTO) Items
RTS items ship may separately from made-to-order items when TAT is expected to be beyond 3 days for MTO items. Ordering RTS and non-RTS items together may result in separate shipments, but you will only be charged the one shipping charge for your order.
