Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Ready-To-Ship (RTS) Items Only
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Digital or downloadable products
- Made-to-Order (MTO) Items and Custom Items
Return Process
To request a return, contact us at team@mybeastthreads.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer exchanges.
